Therefore, building customer loyalty has become one of the key tasks for brands in the race to gain market share and achieve long-term growth objectives. With the development of digital technology, customer loyalty programs in the film industry have also undergone significant changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, the seminar <strong>&#8220;Building Customer Loyalty in the Digital Age&#8221;<\/strong> is organized to provide attendees with some digital loyalty programs implemented by <strong>CJ CGV Vietnam<\/strong>\u2014the leading cinema chain in Vietnam.
