Nguyen Van Tuan (PhD) is an lecturer at the School of Industrial Management, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University (HCM City, Vietnam). Tuan’s research interests lie at Value Co-Creation, Service Management, Services Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Green Marketing, Service-Dominant Logic, Service logic, and systems thinking. He uses these perspectives to approaching and understanding more about business and value creation. The courses taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels include Marketing Management, Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Services Marketing, Services Marketing, Business Research Methods, Principles of Management, and Business Administration for Engineers, etc.
