Manh-Tuan Nguyen is Assoc. Professor of Business and Management at School of Industrial Management, HCMUT-VNUHCM. His research interests are at the interface of information systems, marketing and service management focusing on issues related to consumer behaviors of ICT, use of IS for e-comerce platforms, digital business and social media. Methodologically, his work comprises conceptual, quantitative, qualitative and machine learning approaches.
