The course of Fundamentals of Management aims at providing students with fundamental theories of management, methods of managerial analysis, and roles as well as functions of managers in an organization.

This course is to provide students with fundamental concepts in management, development of
managerial theories, basic functions of management such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling activities in organization in order to achieve its common objectives.

  • Explain keys concepts in management and concerned issues of managers
  • Identify and summarize the major developments in the history and current trends of management thoughts
  • Interpret factors of business environment effect to managing an organization
  • Collaborate to solve managerial cases/ problems

This course helps students understand how computers work and understand how businesses use computer-based systems to gain a competitive advantage.
