The course is designed to provide students with the overview about the position and role of management disciplines as well as managerial careers in today society

This course outlines the specializations in the field of management, along with the characteristics, requirements and career development opportunities of each specialty. In addition, organizational and managerial aspects of management are also presented. In particular, this course also introduces in detail the program curriculum of the school.
The content of this course is to introduce the role and position of management field. Related contents are organization and management tasks; bachelor’s degree program in the school of Industrial Management – specializations or sub- majors – courses – issues in study methods.

  • Identify what organizations, management, and managers are and their roles
  • Indicate the position of management discipline and the related professions
  • Describe the bachelor program of industrial management (IM) and distinguish between specializations in IM in the school
  • Dissect tertiary studies in industrial management at the school

This course helps students in the orientation to establish individual learning plans, and scientific research probation.
