Changes in the environment along with new developments in technology have led to new revolutions in design, change, management and organizational culture. This course is designed to enhance students’ understanding of fundamental concepts in organizational theory, organizational design, and organizational change. Students will be able to grasp the theoretical and practical aspects of modern organizational theories.

This course will introduce organizational theories, emphasizing the organization as a whole and its relationship to its environment. Topics to be covered include: effectiveness, strategy, technology, structure, culture, life cycle, decision-making, innovation,… Theoretical basis and practical application are balanced. degree in this subject.
