Students will know basic features of typical MIS, methods and processes of developing new information system, and related activities of managing an MIS project in business.
This course provides fundamental knowledges about different information systems, as well as the process of analysing and designing an information system. Besides, this course also introduces developing phases of information system and selecting methods of suitable MIS for business.
Through this course, students can understand basic components of MIS and some problems in decision making in ICT investment for supporting management activities.
