This subject requires students to first introduce the formation and development process, the main products, the main operating processes of the business, as well as the market and competitors. The company’s resource factors together with the results of production and business activities as well as the company’s advantages/advantages and existence/disadvantages should also be considered. In addition, students are asked to describe in-depth the activities of a functional department in the company, in order to identify some problems that need to be improved and then propose solutions.
