The purpose of this course is to introduce participants with concept of entrepreneurship, roles of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurs and socio economy, process to startup, methods and tools to recognize an entrepreneurial opportunity and exploit that opportunity to startup, build a business model and startup planning.

First, this course demonstrates cocept of entrepreneurship, the dynamic role of entrepreneurship and explain the stages of the entrepreneurial process and the resources needed for the successful development of businesss. Then, an idea assessment and a feasibility analysis are examined. Finally, the tools for creating business model and business plan are introduced.

Recognize an entrepreneurial opportunity and exploit that opportunity to startup, build a business model and startup planning.
