She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, and both a Master’s and a Doctoral degree in Business Administration. Dr. Châu has teaching, research, and consulting experience in the areas of: Organizational and Consumer Behavior; Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.
