Dr. Nguyen Thu Hien is in charge of teaching subjects on Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Investment, International Finance, and Corporate Governance. She has published researches for many years in domestic and foreign scientific journals on Corporate finance, Corporate governance, Mergers and acquisitions, CSR. She also has many years of experience in technology transfer with domestic and foreign organizations such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Stock Exchanges, GTZ, ADB, IFC/World Bank and the Vietnam Institute of Director (VIOD). She used to hold the position of Vice Dean of the School of Industrial Management; Program Director of Maastricht MBA Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. She always wishes to dedicate knowledge and experiences to students, and young people who are eager to learn.
