Well awareness of position, role and challenges of product/services innovation activities in business process. Learners can understand the process and be practiced some basic tools related to the innovation process, to be able to participate in or lead a innovation team.

Innovating product / services is a complex cycle in business administration. To run this cycle effectively, managers need to combine interdisciplinary knowledge related to marketing, quality, manufacturing, finance, technology, information systems, project… and understand organizational behavior with the knowledge related to teamwork, change management …
This course is based on cycle “innovation funnel ” to analyze and guide leaner practice stage to stage from “fuzzy front end” to product/services development and commercialize products to market .

Each phase will provide students some practical tools,and learning by doing.
