This course introduces students to the knowledge of quality control system for products and services (ISO 9000), and environment management (ISO 1400), which are currently well-known in the word and Vietnam. Therefore, it can help graduates take part in setting up and managing these systems effectively in Vietnamese or foreign companies and also can consult organizations on application of these system.
Knowledge is provided in this course including ISO 9000, the philosophy of ISO 9000, the benefits of ISO 9000, the phases of ISO 9000, main contents of ISO 9001:2015 and relationship between ISO 9000 quality system and other quality systems.
This course also requires students to access ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 9001:2015 performance at a Vietnamese company which has applied ISO.
