This course guides students to analyse and synthesize the knowledge from previous courses to develop a business plan for a chosen company. The process of collecting and analyzing information of the company as well as of the external environment helps students identify the relationship among a company’s functions such as marketing, manufacturing, human resources, and finance.

This course includes the integrated knowledge relating to collecting, synthesizing and analyzing data from the company and the external environment. Then, based on the company’s goals, four individual plans (marketing plan, manufacturing plan/ operation plan, human resources plan, and financial plan) will be written. Besides, corporate social responsibility and sustainability development will be mentioned.
