The course provides participants with knowledge, tools in quantitative data analysis in order to perform organizational/managerial research, organizational practices such as measurement scale testing, hypothesesand building up multivariate regression models, ANOVA and forecasting

This course presents an introduction to the fundamental methods as well as the key issues when dealing with observational data. The course will introduce the roles of data analysis in research and practice, measurement scale testing, the basic linear regression model, ANOVA, some common forecasting methods. This course also helps students to use statistical softwares such as Excel, SPSS, and EViews for regression analysis and forecasting.
