The objective of the course is to expose learners to both the theoretical principles and to the practical softwares. The course will emphasize to modeling and analysing the results. This course will provide participants with basic knowledge and skills necessary for making decision in management, especially in the process of production, quality and project management

First, the course will introduce the fundamentals of decision theory. Next, the course will deal with the basic knowledge of linear programming. Transportation and assignment problems related to linear programming will also be presented. Finally, the course will introduce other programmings such as integer programming, dynamic programming, goal programming and network models.
