This course aims at introducing the fundamental knowledge of Supply chain management, Supply chain management strategies which help students develop supply chain plan, operate supply chain network and measure the effects of supply chain system.

This course introduces components in the supply chain structure such as distribution strategies, supply contracts, strategic alliances, procurement and outsourcing strategies, the value of information, and supply chain integration. Therefore, students can develop supply chain plan, operate supply chain network and measure the effects of supply chain system. Moreover, some simulation games are added for students’ practice.
