This course aims at introducing the fundamental knowledge of Supply chain management, Supply chain management strategies which help students develop supply chain plan, operate supply chain network and measure the effects of supply chain system.
This course introduces components in the supply chain structure such as distribution strategies, supply contracts, strategic alliances, procurement and outsourcing strategies, the value of information, and supply chain integration. Therefore, students can develop supply chain plan, operate supply chain network and measure the effects of supply chain system. Moreover, some simulation games are added for students’ practice.
The course provides students with knowledge related to supply chain management, basic tools so that students can work in the supply field such as planning and operating supply chain systems, as well as Check the efficiency of the system.
