The course aims to equip necessary human resource management knowledge and skills for managers.

Practice practical skills in issues of: job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, selection, orientation of new employees, employee training and development, career development, performance evaluation work performance, how to pay workers, motivate and encourage employees, how to maintain the workforce in the business, and understand the human relationships in an enterprise.
Guide how to survey, analyze the current situation and existing difficulties when performing human resource management and know how to orient improvement measures.
