This course provides Industrial Management students a different approach to the Production Operation Management – more practical and up to date. Hence, students can manage and participate in production management system effectively and integrate themselves quickly into production systems of large or foreign companies.
This course includes knowledge of production management by the philosophy of Lean and Six Sigma Manufacturing, which aims at improving the productivity and the effectiveness of the production and operation system. This course also presents a successful example of Toyota Corporation in which the continuous improvement embedded in production and operation management.
