Dr. Le Thi Thanh Xuan is Head of Makerting and Management Department of the School of Industrial Management, University of Technology, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). She has over 20 year experience in her teaching career. Her research and experiences focusing on human resources practices, and CSR practices. Dr. Xuan is teaching Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Globalisation and Sustainability, Responsible Behaviors and related course delivered to undergrad, post grad, doctoral students; executives and firms’ managers. She also has been visiting lecturer for some other universities, such as University of Economics (UEH-ISB), Western Sydney University (Vietnam campus), … She received her Bachelor in Business Administration from UEH (Vietnam), MBA from UEH (Vietnam), and DBA from University of Western Sydney (Australia).
