Dr. Nguyen Bac Nguyen has been a lecturer in the Faculty of Industrial Management at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) since 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from HCMUT, VNU-HCM; a Master’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand); and a PhD in Management (specializing in Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management) from University Institute of Lisbon – Iscte (Portugal). His research interests include Service Management, Production and Operations Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Event Management, and Quality Management. He has published research in international journals such as Service Business, Services Marketing Quarterly, and Journal of Global Marketing… Additionally, Dr. Nguyen has participated in several strategic science and technology development projects at the provincial and city levels.
