Dr. Nguyen Thi Duc Nguyen is official lecturer at the School of Industrial Management, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where she conducts research and gives lectures on supply chain management, Lean-Six Sigma, operational improvement, productivity, and other topics. She has over ten years of practical expertise in implementing, training and consulting for businesses in the area of operational management improvement in both local and international companies. She excelled in the PhD research program at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, where she completed two research projects (in 2011-2012 and 2012-2013) on cross-cultural technology transfer, efficient technology transfer, and firm performance. In order to broaden her scientific expertise, Dr. Duc Nguyen continues to perform scientific research at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, advises undergraduate and graduate theses, and publishes various scientific works in domestic and international journals and conferences, etc.
