[Seminar] Sharing experiences on motivating healthcare employees

Motivating employees is always a key concern for managers across various industries. However, the healthcare sector is unique because its “output” is not just a product or service but human health and lives. The efforts and performance of healthcare workforce have a direct impact on patients’ well-being. Therefore, motivating healthcare workforce is not only essential for health care employees but also crucial for ensuring the quality of health care service and patient safety.

The working environment in health care sector covers many challenges, including high work pressure, large patient volumes, and high requirements in profession and professional ethics. In such a demanding context, sustaining and fostering motivations among healthcare workers is a significant challenge for hospital and healthcare administrators.
