Along with the presence of leaders from various departments, the University of Technology’s dormitory, the Youth Union, the Student Association, and students at the dormitory.

Activities in response to the Earth Hour campaign have been implemented for many years at the University of Technology with the aim of disseminating information, raising awareness among members and youth of the University, and developing action programs towards energy saving, environmental protection, and climate change.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thien Phuc hopes that through this event, the members and youth of the University can engage in environmental action by changing their mindset and habits, forming good habits such as turning off all electricity and water when leaving the room, using energy and fuel efficiently, and reusing plastic products. We cannot immediately solve the harmful factors to the environment nor see instant results, but the current efforts will be a new beginning for a long-term environmental action journey.
